We usually ask you to allow us up to 4 weeks to find a UK vehicle but in practice it can be much less than this. However we believe finding the right car is more important than a quick delivery. It is very rare that we will purchase the first car that we look at and often, many hundreds of miles are travelled to view potential cars.

Generally delivery times for Japanese    vehicles are 5 to 8 weeks after purchase depending on shipping schedules. American vehicles can take a similar time.

No, you will have the option of rejecting a vehicle, but in practice this should never  happen because we always strive to match  your requirements accurately and it would not be in either our interests to purchase a sub standard or wrongly specified vehicle.

Yes, a full interior & exterior valet is       carried out prior to delivery

A thorough mechanical inspection is undertaken before delivery. Servicing will be  carried out to the manufacturers guidelines if due within 2,500 miles. A full MOT (where applicable) will be provided if less than 10 months remaining.

Yes, a warranty is provided with every    vehicle and is extendable up to 3 years      depending on age and mileage. New UK vehicles will be covered by the manufacturers guarantee. Extended warranties are available through www.warrantyworks.co.uk

Most ex-fleet and company cars will have been serviced to manufacturers              specifications. The service book can  sometimes be void of stamps due to     central fleet records but usually a computer print-out is available. From experience we are able to spot vehicles where servicing has been neglected

Yes, every vehicle that we provide will have gone through comprehensive checks to ensure that you have clear title.          Occasionally we purchase vehicles that have a balance of finance to be settled. This is automatically done prior to delivery.

Yes, absolutely. We will not consider a   vehicle that has any indication of       speedometer tampering. A full refund will be paid if a vehicle supplied by us         subsequently turns out to have a false speedometer reading.
